Service Call Fee and Hourly Rate
What is a service call fee you may ask, and why is it necessary? In the mobile industry a decent portion of the work day is spent driving from customer to customer. Service call fees cover the expenses of time, travel, vehicle maintenance, and fuel. In the mobile industry, you can avoid having to load up your RV, handing it off to some shop for months on end. Perhaps you live in the RV, or its parked somewhere it is not easily movable. All situations that the mobile industry is a huge convenience, maybe even necessary. We try to keep our service calls competitive at $120.00 in the Boise area, and $140.00 in the Nampa, Caldwell vacinity. Ask about our options for futher travel! Our current labor rate sits at $149.00 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum, additional time will be charged in half hour increments.
ROOF MAINTENANCE
Roof Reseal
Necessary when the seals around vents, skylights, front roof railing, back roof railing and side railings have began to weather and crack allowing water intrusion. During resealling, all seals are cleaned and prepped for RV specific roof seal product extending the life of your roof. Price includes service call fee and all product.

Roof Restoration
For many your roof becomes out of sight out of mind. Did you know your RV roof is as important as the foundation to your house? Most water damage starts at the roof and rots from the top down if not taken care of. Don't let your RV crumble, if your roof is still sturdy without water damage to the underlying wood, you may be in the market for a roof restoration! This two part process lays RV specific product restoring your rubber membrane, protecting it and adding to the life of your roof. Recommended every 3-5 years as regular RV maintenance. Ask us about TPO and fiberglass roofs. Price includes service call fee and product.

Welcome to RV ownership! With so many systems you can be left scratching your head with where to begin. Electrical, plumbing, appliances, slides, levelers, batteries, general operation and maintenance. Allow our seasoned technicians to walk you through and get you aquainted! Service call fee included. 1 Hour Orientation, 1.5 Hour maximum.

Our inspection process does a systems check of all appliances, electrical, plumbing, roof and slide outs. Informing you of what works, and what may need maintenance. Service call included in price.
