What is a service call fee?

What is a service call fee you may ask, and why is it necessary? In the mobile industry a decent portion of the work day is spent driving from customer to customer. Service call fees cover the expenses of time, travel, vehicle maintenance, and fuel. In the mobile industry, you can avoid having to load up your RV, handing it off to some shop for months on end. Perhaps you live in the RV, or its parked somewhere it is not easily movable. All situations that the mobile industry is a huge convenience, maybe even necessary. We try to keep our service calls competitive at $120.00 in the Boise area, and $140.00 in the Nampa, Caldwell vacinity. Ask about our options for futher travel! Our current labor rate sits at $149.00 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum, additional time will be charged in half hour increments.

Parts Disclosure

Parts belong to the customer upon approval at time of purchase. Since parts are specialty order no refunds on parts are available. Should you choose to forgo installation, parts will be delivered to customer as soon as made available.
